1. Booking Cancellations

More than 30 days before pick-up: 100% refund

More than14 days before pick-up: 50% refund.

Less than 7 days before pick-up: No refund.

2. Early Returns

We do not offer partial refunds for early returns unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the rental.
3. No-Shows

If someone doesn’t show up for their rental, no refund is issued.
4. Trip Interruptions

In the rare event of a mechanical issue not caused by renter misuse, we will offer a pro-rated refund or assist with alternate arrangements.

If the issue is due to user error or violation of rental rules, no refund will be issued.
5. Weather or Natural Events

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to weather unless a state of emergency or road closure is in effect.
6. Cleaning/Damage Fees
-
Fees may be deducted from the deposit if the van is returned excessively dirty or damaged.
7. How to Request a Refund

All refunds will be requested via Outdoorsy.com or the booking platform used for the original reservation.
