Refund Policy

1. Booking Cancellations

  • More than 30 days before pick-up: 100% refund

  • More than14 days before pick-up: 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days before pick-up: No refund.

2. Early Returns

  • We do not offer partial refunds for early returns unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the rental.
     

3. No-Shows

  • If someone doesn’t show up for their rental, no refund is issued.
     

4. Trip Interruptions

  • In the rare event of a mechanical issue not caused by renter misuse, we will offer a pro-rated refund or assist with alternate arrangements.

  • If the issue is due to user error or violation of rental rules, no refund will be issued.
     

5. Weather or Natural Events

  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to weather unless a state of emergency or road closure is in effect.
     

6. Cleaning/Damage Fees

  • Fees may be deducted from the deposit if the van is returned excessively dirty or damaged.
     

7. How to Request a Refund

  • All refunds will be requested via Outdoorsy.com or the booking platform used for the original reservation.
